Rosewood is a 700 metre walk to restaurants and shops, but there are closer options. With wineries just a few minutes drive away, and the beach just 8kms away it is a fabulous home from home from which you can explore the region. Jane & Keith will provide maps and touring suggestions.

The accommodation comprises of six ensuite rooms rated 4 1/2 star with TV< DVD/CD Air-conditioning, fridge & tea & coffee making, en-suite bathrooms and all amenities provided. .
The lovely guest lounge has a television, DVD and stereo, as well as an ADSL internet available for guests as well as a cosy fire for the cool winters! The dining room which complements the atmosphere of comfort and conviviality . THE GRAND SPA SUITE featuring a bathroom with 2 person spa bath and separate powder room, kitchenette with lounge/dining is available and is well suited to those wanting a longer stay or small groups who wish to stay together as it can accommodate up to 4 guests.A master bedroom with King Bedroom and a large studio room with a Queen bed, is a great alternative for guests seeking hosted accommodation with the facilities of a self contained apartment.

Directions: The Rosewood Guest House is located at 54 Wallcliffe Road. From Perth on Bussell Highway travel through the townsite to the top of the hill, turn right and Rosewood is located 0.7 kilometres on the right hand side. There is a small round about on the nest corner with Railway Tce if you miss our driveway you can turn safely there.
From Augusta direction, turn LEFT into Wallcliffe Road at the High School, just as you enter the townsite.

We have added a 1956 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce known as Rose. She is available for private charters and weddings. Exclusive to Rosewood Guests- a wine tour for up to 4 people at a total cost of $250
You will be transported in this grand old lady through picturesque Margaret River countryside visiting Redgate Beach plus the option to visit any two wineries for tasting with Leeuwin ,Cape Mentelle, Voyager, Watershed, Redgate or Xanadu. Then lunch, be dropped off and later picked up at your leisure at any of the above winery restaurants (lunch at your own expense) duration approx 2 hrs plus lunch.
You will need to contact Keith at Rosewood to book a tour.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to stay an administration fee of $50.00 will be applied. Less than 14 days notice if the room can be relet refund will be made. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice no refund will be made.
Rooms have a maximum of 2 guests except the Grand Spa whuch can accommodate extra guests for a charge.
Check-in is STRICTLY 2-6pm unless arrangements are made with owners. If arriving later YOU MUST contact us to arrange entry!
Owners reserve the right to vary the policy at their discretion.
